Sent to wrong address. Was returned to senders address. Very disappointing.

I’m leaving my original review for reference. Update: After my first issue was resolved, I purchased a pound of 16 gauge round copper wire (through their Amazon store front). The package couldn’t be delivered because it was not labeled incorrectly. I had to go to the post office and pay $10 to receive the package. I don’t care around paying a little extra for shipping but that’s something that needs to be addressed before purchasing. I would have appreciated a response but it hasn’t come. I reached out to the owner and contacted them via their website. I’m really disappointed and honestly, I’m probably just going to suck it up and purchase wholesale somewhere else.

*Original Review* Wow, this company is amazing. I had a small issue with how the 26 gauge wire that I ordered was spooled and the owner of the company called me personally to speak with me about the issue. He was so kind, took his time to speak with me and listen to my concerns and fixed the issue immediately! If you need wire but aren’t ready to buy from a large wholesaler, CraftWireUSA is ABSOLUTELY the best choice.

I ordered 14 gauge dead soft but received 14 gauge half hard. I can't use it and don't think it's worth the hassle of returning it.

I got the 12 gauge dead soft to use in electroculture. It was easy to work with, does what I wanted.

I will order again.
